1. Budget & Goals
Hidden fees and costs happen with any remodeling project. Let's not do that. We'll sit down and discuss your kitchen budget and goals. Having rough measurements of you kitchen will help. We'll advise you of the best options available within your means. If you have not made a total kitchen budget, I'll help you break down the numbers and assign a number to your kitchen cabinetry, tile, appliances, and more. No sales tactics, no hidden fees, no surprises.
2. Design
Once we have the parameters of your kitchen budget established, we can pick out your finishes. Bring inspiration pictures, magazine clippings, or even your Pinterest kitchen inspiration board. Use one of my Pre-Curated designs or we can create something totally unique that defines American Modern to you.
3. Measure and Planning
It's time to measure. We'll take a full field survey of you kitchen with measurements and locate any possible obstructions. If we find anything that may obstruct a perfect install, we'll let you know so that you can have your contractor prep the site. We'll then take those measurements and plan out the placement and function of each cabinet based on how you use you kitchen. When we are finished, you will know where every pot, pan, glass, and plate will be placed in your kitchen. We're very thorough.
4. Production
When we have the perfect finishes picked out and a functional plan that will turn you into a top chef, we'll put that plan into production. Depending on the finish and the size of your kitchen, our locally made kitchen cabinetry will be complete and ready or install in around 2 weeks. And since our kitchen cabinetry is made local here in SoCal, it goes straight from the woodshop straight to your door.
5. Installation
We have partnered with San Diego's best kitchen installation team that is trained and well versed in American Modern Kitchens. No guessing, no learning curve, no outside assistance. Just a fast, professional, no hassle, installation. It's that easy.
